Sleep Resources

Even though sleep is very important for our bodies and our minds, 31% of Canadians don’t get enough sleep. Not getting enough sleep can put you in a bad mood and impair your memory and attention. Although we aren’t able to directly control how much sleep we get (most of us can’t fall asleep on demand), we can control other sleep-related behaviours, such as going to bed at the same time each night, or not watching TV before bed. You can link sleep-friendly behaviours to many different values.
